Cluster Sales Executive – Leisure (Riyadh Based)

Job description

Role Purpose

Support leisure segment growth by managing day-to-day trade partner requests, rate distribution checks, content accuracy, and small booking conversions for both properties.

Key Responsibilities

· Service leisure agencies and luxury advisors: availability checks, quotations, confirmations, and amendments.

· Ensure accurate rate loading, content, and images across channels in coordination with eCommerce.

· Track campaign performance, co-op deliverables, and produce weekly production reports.

· Coordinate trade trainings, webinars, and fam logistics; maintain partner databases.

· Escalate VVIP/complex itineraries to Sales Manager; secure deposits and documentation.

KPIs

· Response SLAs and conversion ratio.

· Content parity and distribution accuracy.

· Campaign/reporting timeliness and partner satisfaction.

· Revenue from self-handled files.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications & Experience

· 1–3 years in leisure/travel trade or DMC/TA background.

· Detail-oriented; Arabic & English.

Other Requirements

· Occasional evening/weekend work around holiday peaks; travel for fam hosting as needed.
