Cluster Sales Coordinator (Riyadh Based)

Job description

Role Purpose

Provide administrative and operational support to the cluster Sales team to ensure efficient processes, accurate documentation, and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage shared inboxes, RFP trackers, and appointment calendars; route inquiries appropriately.

· Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations using approved templates/brand assets.

· Maintain CRM data integrity: account/contact creation, merge/cleanse, activity logging, and reporting.

· Process rate loading requests, FIT agreements, and partner setups in coordination with Reservations/Revenue.

· Support familiarization trips, client events, and trade shows (registrations, shipments, collateral).

· Prepare weekly sales reports, pace updates, and minutes of meetings.

KPIs

· SLA adherence (responses, document turnaround).

· Data accuracy & audit readiness.

· Internal stakeholder satisfaction (Sales, Revenue, Reservations, Finance).

· On-time reporting and meeting documentation.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications & Experience

· 1–2 years in sales admin/coordinator role; fresh graduates with internships considered.

· Strong MS Office/365 skills; proficiency with CRM/SFA preferred; Arabic & English.
