We are looking for a dynamic Chef de Partie - Pastry (Baker) who will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Pastry kitchen. In this role, you will be responsible for executing bakery production with precision, maintaining product consistency, and upholding the highest culinary and standard sanitation. This role requires exceptional technical competence, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a structured kitchen environment.

Qualifications :
Ideal candidates shall meet the following criteria:
· Progressive career in kitchen operations in a restaurant or hotel with high standards, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
· Strong technical knowledge of breadmaking, dough handling, and pastry techniques.
· Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and Occupational Health and Safety Standards
· Ability to work around different computer applications and kitchen management systems
· Strong management and leadership capabilities
· Passion for working with people
