In preparation for the re-opening of the Hotel we have several casual opportunities available across Front of House areas. This includes across various Food & Beverage Outlets, Host roles and Front Office reception roles.
You will pro-actively work to provide the highest level of service to our guests working within the departmental processes as assigned by your Manager. This could mean serving breakfast or evening drinks to the highest of standards, sharing knowledge of our World of Hyatt programme with guests, making recommendations within the local area or checking guests in and out of the hotel, upselling better room categories that are available and conflict resolution. We aim to provide an experience for our guests which covers all facilities of the hotel and that means our values and promise are key to our daily actions.
Roles are available in Gentleman and Scholar Bar, Aria Restaurant/Room Service, Events, Front Office.
You will have previous hospitality experience, preferably with a similar standard of service, you will have a good level of verbal and written English and will be confident in building professional relationships with colleagues and guests.
