Job description

· Welcome and attend to villa guests, ensuring a personalized and premium service experience.
· Assist with in-villa check-in/check-out, offering convenience and privacy for guests.
· Prepare the villa prior to guest arrival: ensure setup, amenities, cleanliness and equipment readiness.
· Handle guest requests such as dining arrangements, decorations, room service, laundry, transportation, tours, etc.
· Communicate regularly with guests to understand their needs and ensure timely service delivery.
· Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Culinary and other departments for seamless villa service.
· Inspect villa condition, minibar, amenities and premium items to ensure accuracy and completeness.
· Assist with special setups such as in-villa BBQ, romantic arrangements, private dining or celebration events.
· Resolve and report issues promptly, coordinating solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Host – Villa or Villa Manager.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Diploma, College or University degree in Hospitality, Tourism or related fields.
·  Experience as a Butler/Villa Host or VIP service is preferred; not mandatory for candidates with good attitude and communication skills.
·  Strong communication skills with a polite, friendly and well-groomed demeanor.
·  Good English communication; additional languages are a plus.
·  Good organizational skills and effective handling of guest requests.
·  Detail-oriented, attentive and guest-service minded.
·  Willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays; ready to assist guests at any time.
