We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Full Time Bar Team Leader to join our Zephyr Bar at Australia’s largest hotel.

Perched on Level 12 of Hyatt Regency Sydney, Zephyr is a luxury sky bar with unrivalled views of Sydney’s Darling Harbour. The Role:

Our ideal Bar Team Leader is someone who has a passion for their craft and can effectively cascade their knowledge and experience on to the wider bar team. They will work closely with the Rooftop Bar Manager to maximise profitability with minimal cost, whilst achieving a high standard of service and maximum guest satisfaction. This will be achieved by having key involvement in such activities as overseeing stock usage and control, training of new associates and continued coaching to ensure processes are followed consistently.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

· Previous bar and floor experience in a similar environment

· Previous experience with leading and coaching a team

· Strong knowledge on classic and signature cocktails

· An ability to thrive under pressure and work in a high paced environment

· Ability to provide professional customer service

· Excellent presentation and grooming

· Strong communication skills

· Full working rights in Australia

· Current RSA

· Must be available to work on a flexible, rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
