Job description
Oversee the preparation and regular update of individual Departmental Operations Manuals to ensure they reflect current standards, procedures, and best practices.
Ensure all Food and Beverage activities are aligned with Corporate strategy, and support the implementation of hotel-level action plans where applicable.
Maximize employee productivity through effective use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking, and flexible scheduling, balancing financial goals with guest satisfaction.
Focus on improving overall productivity, managing utility and payroll costs within acceptable limits, while ensuring optimal staff deployment and energy-efficient equipment usage.
Assist in the development of the annual food and beverage business plan, ensuring divisional strategies are aligned with the hotel's business objectives and employee needs.
Maintain positive interactions with guests and colleagues, fostering strong working relationships and a collaborative environment.
Be present during peak periods at conferences and banquets to ensure seamless operations and that all events are executed to the highest standards.
Ensure full compliance with hotel, corporate, and local financial policies, including cash handling, licensing, and accurate/timely financial reporting.
Proactively manage operational costs using key performance indicators , collaborating with relevant Heads of Department as necessary.
Support the Catering and Event Services Sales teams in identifying market needs, client preferences, and emerging trends.
Continuously monitor local, national, and international market trends, competitor activity, and vendor innovations to ensure the hotel maintains a competitive and forward-thinking position.
Actively seek marketing and public relations opportunities to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
Desired profile
Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years' experience in the same position.
·
Pre-opening experience is preferred.
·
Background in luxury hospitality, including both resort and urban city settings.
·
Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Vietnamese and English.
