Job description

· Provide guests with recommendations of beverages in a friendly and professional manner
· Able to mix and create cocktails/ beverages in a timely manner
· Works closely with other Bar employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the guest experience
· Assist in opening (including mise en place) setup and closing of the outlet and communicate the information necessary to ensure a smooth hand-over of shifts
· Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Excellent food and beverage service skills
·  Coffee making skills
·  Current Certificate
·  Previous experience and passion for making cocktails
·  Good knowledge of wines and other beverages
·  1 year minimum experience in a similar role and environment
·  Permanent residency or unlimited working rights in China is preferred
·  Hotel will bear relocation expense per relocation allowance you are entitle to
