Your Responsibilities

Acceptance and qualification of event and group inquiries

·
Support for the Director of Sales

·
Conducting sales talks and property tours with clients

·
Representing and marketing our unique event spaces

·
Close collaboration with the Event Service and Sales departments

·
Regular market analysis and observations

·
Active and planned customer acquisition to establish close contact with local clients

·
Supporting the creation of the annual business plan, its implementation, and achieving the set goals

·
Development and leadership of the Event Sales team

What You Bring

·
Completed vocational training in luxury hospitality, upscale gastronomy, or graduation from a hotel management school

·
Leadership experience in Event Sales

·
Strong guest and service orientation

·
Team spirit, high adaptability, and flexible commitment

·
Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus

The collective monthly minimum gross salary for this position is EUR 2,398, with an additional pay adjustment based on your experience and qualifications.
