Your Responsibilities
· Handling and qualifying event and group inquiries
· Developing and leading the Event Sales team
· Supporting the Director of Sales & Marketing
· Conducting sales appointments and site inspections
· Representing and promoting our one‑of‑a‑kind event spaces
· Close collaboration with Event Service & Sales teams
· Conducting and monitoring market analysis
· Active client acquisition and strong relationship management
· Supporting the annual business planning process
Your Profile
· Completed education in luxury hospitality or hotel school graduate
· First leadership experience in Event Sales
· Strong guest and service orientation
· Team player with adaptability and a proactive mindset
· Excellent German and English skills; additional languages beneficial
