Job description

As an Assistant Manager for the Private Dining & Events department at Andaz London Liverpool Street, I am responsible for the successful running of the operations team. I organize and manage the events within in the different meeting spaces on a daily basis.

The best part of my job is its diversity and creativity, no two days are ever the same. The most important skill is the ability to multitask in order to provide a high level of service to the guests. My role is to set up everything according to their requirements liaising with plenty of other departments.

I also support the Operations Manager by creating the rotas for the team, handling recruitment and training for new starters. I need to be a great communicator to get the most out of my team when I coordinate functions.
