Job description
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting colleague and guest expectations. The Assistant Manager is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of both Human Resources and Learning & Development in the Human Resources Division, assisting the Human Resources Leaders with the implementation of Hyatt's Purpose throughout the hotel.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality / Tourism Management
· Minimum 3 years work experience in a similar capacity, preferably with work experience in hospitality industry.
· Excellent command of written and spoken English.
· Good problem solving, administrative, presentation and interpersonal skills are essential.
· Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizen and Permanent Resident of Malaysia.
