Assistant Manager Hygiene

Job description

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager Hygiene monitors hygiene and food safety standard in all areas and makes recommendations to the concerned management staff and fully implements and maintains the HACCP system into the food & beverage operation

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 1-2 years work experience as Assistant Manager in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
