Job Summary

As an Assistant Manager - Guest Relations Villas at Dubai Creek Resort, you will assist Rooms Manager - Villas . This role is essential in ensuring an outstanding guest experience, from arrival to departure. You will oversee daily villa operations, manage staff, and uphold Hyatt's high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and lead Host/Hostess, Concierge, and bell services
· Ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes and handle guest requests efficiently
· Train and mentor, your Team to provide exceptional customer service
· Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, front office and other Hotel and Club departments to optimize guest experience
· Monitor Villa inventory, occupancy levels, and revenue management strategies
· Handle billing, payments, and financial transactions accurately
· Maintain compliance with Hyatt policies, brand standards, and safety procedures
· Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements:

·  Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor/ Assistant Manager Front Office or similar roles in the hospitality industry.
·  Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
·  Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS, or similar systems)
·  Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
·  A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
