Job description
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations.The Assistant Manager - Front Office is responsible to assist the Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk at the hotel.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Thai National, aged between 28-35 years old
· At least bachelor degree in any related fields
· Minimum 2-3 years work experience as Assistant Manager- Front Office in 5 star hotel / resort.
· Excellent command of English and computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email, Opera System
· Well developed communication and customer relations skills.
· Pleasant, good problem solving, and interpersonal skills are a must.
