副經理 - 花藝部 Assistant Manager - Florist

Job description

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. You will also be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers in the area of floral arrangement and upkeep of all plants and flowers throughout the hotel or office.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Minimum two years work experience as Floral Designer or Florist in the hospitality industry
·  Excellent Customer Relations and Communications Skills; fully understand how to drive, determine and achieve business goals.
·  Strong leadership skills and results-driven; inspires, motivates and supports others to be their best
·  Proficiency in English and Mandarin speaking skills
