Assistant Manager - F&B Sales

Job description

You will be required to act as F&B Sales specialist in the area of restaurants/ outlets/catering. This covers the relationship building and account management, as well as event management.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years' work experience as F&B Sales Executive or 1 year work experience as Sales Executive in a luxury international brand hotel. Good understanding of selling techniques and banquet knowledge. Computer skills in MS Office, email, Fidelio/Delphi/RESERVE will be an asset.
