Assistant Manager (Duty Manager)

Job description
· Handle all guest related issues, oversee and address any challenges as the Manager on Duty
· Review, verify and react to all group resumes, checking billing, room types, arrival, departure dates, and VIP designations
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality related discipline
· Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
· Previous Front Office experience in supervisory/management level in hotel of similar capacity is preferred
· Excellent problem solving and interpersonal communication skills, highly motivated and team focused
· Strong sense of service excellence
· Strong drive to achieve results and willingness to proactively improve ways of working and services are essential
· Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
