1、To ensure good interdepartmental communication,network and teamwork.

确保部门间的良好协作沟通关系,建立信息传播网络。

T2、o act on all decisions department meetings,programs and schedules decided by the Section Head.

·
部门会议的结果、计划方案、确认进度报告给部门经理。

·
3、 Preparation of daily and monthly food& beverage cost and sales report.

·
制做餐饮成本销售日报表及月报表。

·
4、Keeping cost in linewith what they should be.

将各项成本费用控制在规定范围内。

·
5、Takes physical inventories in all stores at the endof each month.

每月末对各仓库进行一次实物盘点。

·
6、Prepares an overage / shortage report if there isany difference between the physical inventory and the ledger account.

若实物盘点与会计总帐存在差异,应制做盘盈/盘亏报表。

·
7、Summarizes recapitulation of purchases andreconciles the total figures with accounts payable clerk weekly.

汇总采购摘要,并每周与应付会计进行核对。

·
8、Perfporm market survey onmarket list items.

·
按照食品市场采购单的项目完成市场调查。
