Job description
1.Assists to ensure that the Food and Beverage activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
2.Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
3.Spends time at conferences and banquets (during peak periods) to ensure that they are managed well by the respective associates and functions to the fullest expectations.
4.Focuses attention on improving productivity levels and the need to prudently manage utility/payroll costs within acceptable guidelines ensuring optimum deployment and energy efficiency of all equipment.
5.Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
1.Education: Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, F&B Management, or related fields
2.Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in banquet or F&B management within a five-star hotel; international chain experience preferred.
3.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management systems (e.g., Delphi, Opera).
4.Strong leadership, communication, and stress management skills.
