You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. In ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Front Office Department and in ensuring that the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically.
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager Front Office or a Assitant Front office Manager is a smaller property . Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
