Job description

This position will play an integral role in assisting the Brand and Marketing team members with

Key Responsibilities:

· Arrange travel plans
· Organize and schedule meetings/ appointments
· Maintain information and filing systems, i.e., contact lists, intranet
· Assist in preparing regular reports, i.e., invoicing, calendar, functional reports
· Liaison with department assistants and handle administrative arrangement
· Handle office administrative matters; administrative supports include preparation of PowerPoint presentations, report templates, coordination and consolidation of surveys.

·  Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines; time and task management skills
·  Highly motivated, solutions-oriented self-starter with adaptable teamwork style
·  Ability to communicate effectively and connect with colleagues at all levels
·  Ability to work independently to support the administration in multiple functions; attention to details, discretion in handling matters of confidentiality
·  Good command of English and Chinese language skills
·  Savvy computer skills; proficient in MS Office
