Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
Assists the superior in all stages leading to the preparation of all monthly financial reports and analysis.
To allocate additional responsibilities as appropriate.
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Holds a diploma/qualification in Finance and/or Accounting.
Well developed reporting and analytical skills.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
Well-developed computer skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant taxation and accounting law and principles.
Comprehensive knowledge of business needs financial reporting and productivity requirements.
Preferable prerequisite is experience in the Hotel and Travel industry
