About the Role
As an Accounting Clerk , you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Finance department. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent administrative support and maintaining strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
· Provide general administrative support for the Finance Department
· Conduct income audits and ensure accuracy in financial records
· Scan and organize invoices for record-keeping
· Communicate effectively with vendors and guests to address financial inquiries
· 12-Month Parental Leave Position
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Relevant qualification in Finance or Accounting
· 1-2 years’ experience as an Accounts Clerk in a similar environment.
· Food &Beverage or Rooms experiences in a hotel is highly desirable
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Exceptional time management, administration skills and attention to detail
· Highly motivated, solutions-oriented self-starter with adaptable teamwork style
