PCommodity Manager Non Production Spend - Temporary Assignment (m/f) Job Description In this role you will be responsible to build intra-organizational relationship and implement Non-Product-Spend (NPS) strategy within Europe, Middle East and Africa. In addition you will support cross-functional teams through all stages of the sourcing processes. You will ensure that the defined strategic processes will be implemented and that the cost reduction targets and service improvements will be achieved. You will operate from our European headquarters in Dudelange/Luxembourg and you will report to the Manager Global Supply Chain NPS located in Dudelange/Luxembourg. Responsibilities Identify key stakeholders in NPS related spend in the region. Build and maintain relationships to ensure collaborative spend management. Constantly monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive steps to ensure positive customer experience. Execute high-level spend analysis to identify trends and patterns for the purpose of global reporting and communicate areas of cost savings to functional teams within Husky. Continually improve global standard strategic non-production sourcing processes and work towards institutionalizing best-in-class sourcing techniques. Promote the use of global strategic non-production purchasing processes and methods within Husky, provide training where needed. Track the frequency of competitive bidding by commodity to ensure price alignment with market realities. Lead RFx processes including preparation of packages, interfacing with suppliers and evaluating responses. Lead supplier negotiations. Drive continuous improvement in the non-production material supply chain through the implementation and enhancement of service level agreements. Execute service and supply contracts. Maintain document libraries for templates, forms, contracts and sourcing initiative records. Support logistics team in planning and execution of cost savings initiatives. Qualifications Business degree or equivalent experience Having experience in e-Business solutions relating to sourcing and procurement would be an asset Experience in sourcing of professional services (HR, Finance, Consulting), facilities, telecom, software, Tooling & Supplies considered an asset Strong organizational and time management skills Very good communication skills Familiar with MS office and ERP applications Independent thinker capable of taking initiative and leading Relationship builder with Customer Satisfaction acumen Team player, in a fast paced environment; comfortable interfacing with cross-functional global groups. Basic knowledge of contract law preferred. Occasional travel may be required Fluency in English Fluent language skills in German and / or French would be an asset This role is a temporary assignment for a period of one year.
