This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised person to gain an introduction to the world of HR. This is a paid internship, which will be a full time role for 12 months, with immediate start.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team by performing key administrative duties.

Key responsibilities:

·  Complete offer letters, contracts, reference letters, generating offer and regret letters all to a high level of accuracy.
·  Ensure all HR files are compliant with legislation for UK and Ireland, e.g. right to work documents
·  Update and maintain SAP HR system.
·  Chase stores for new starter paperwork and ensure all necessary paperwork is received by HR.
·  Open and filter post to relevant person in Department, unless specifically marked confidential
·  General office administration duties
·  Any other ad hoc duties.

·  Administration experience
·  Excellent communication skills
·  Organised and efficient
