We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

- Managing and leading the operation, delivery and execution of Banking Operations in branch.

- Ensuring the main Banking Operations processes of account opening and servicing are consistently managed and executed in accordance with the Global Operations Blueprint.

- Providing a cost efficient service delivery proposition for branch Banking Operations support, drive up customer advocacy and realize lower operating costs.

- Actively identify and realise savings through automation, elimination and standardization to deliver cost efficient, high quality and scalable services for the business partners.

- Coordinate capacity utilization and resources allocation against business priority to achieve high productivity and cost effectiveness by optimizing resource among Banking Operations teams.

- Ensuring operational control and risk management by actively overseeing implementation of policies, procedures and regulatory requirements that include business continuity, operational risk, information security and compliance requirements.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above.
- 10 years related working experience in Banking Operation in which at least 3 years people management one.
- Excellent knowledge related to banking operations process.
- Ability to manage complex changes of regulatory environment and ensure compliance in daily operation.
- Ability to build and maintain relations with business partners and stringently follow up on service level agreements.
- Good capability to utilize resource allocation against business priority to achieve high productivity and cost effectiveness by optimizing resource.
