We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Wealth Planner .

Principal responsibilities

· Comprehensive guidance of High Networth Individuals particularly from Asia, with consideration to all aspects of wealth planning
· Close collaboration with clients, their legal and tax advisers and private bankers
· Monitoring trends in the wealth planning industry and the respective regions, making sure these are communicated via Private Wealth Solutions and supervising the implementation of necessary changes in order to achieve the long term goals of the individual and his or her family
· Reviewing and drafting necessary pitch books and client presentations, corresponding legal, trust and other documentation
· Close collaboration with HSBC Private Banking and or group affiliates providing the Private Wealth Solutions proposition and enable them to grow their client base
· Training and ongoing education of the above
· Support Global Private Banking through structured account planning with Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors
· Grow annuity revenues in Private Wealth Solutions Singapore and disciplined pipeline management

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  Professional experience preferable in a law firm or in a financial institution or Family Office or Trust Company
·  Knowledge in the area of tax, private international law and cross border structuring, inheritance and family law
·  Good understanding of client mentality and business culture in the Asia region
·  Strong ability to make research and comprehensive due diligence of individuals and structures
·  In depth knowledge and experience of a broad spectrum of financial planning instruments, trust, private trust companies
·  Relevant industry accreditation such as STEP, and knowledge of regional languages would be an added advantage
