Job description

The Wealth Helpdesk Officer role is based within Centre of Excellence.

The role of the Wealth Helpdesk Officer is to provide a high quality customer service to advisers, and their support functions within the Network, for HSBC's Premier Investment Management Service (PIMS) and Broked valuations. The Wealth Broked Valuations Team within Technical Consultancy is part of the Wealth Centre of Excellence, who provide support to the Premier Relationship Managers and Premier Support Officers.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Completed valuations for the regulated Sales force within timescales
· Respond to enquiries from internal and external customers in a polite, personalized and professional manner, ensuring an excellent customer service is provided at all times.
· Taking responsibility for queries of a technical nature.
· Assist with change activity to enhance customer service and business performance when required.
· Assisting teams within Technical Consultancy to maintain the departmental Service Level Agreements.
· Daily monitoring and completion of Broked Valuation requests and the identification of any wider issues.
·
To adhere to and be able to demonstrate adherence to internal controls.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

·  Relevant product knowledge including knowledge of PIMS and ISA's is desirable but not essential
·  Past working experience on relevant systems, i.e. IMS, Phoenix, Browser Main Menu and Swift is desirable but not essential.
·  Previous experience of delivering an excellent customer service
·  An open, flexible and supportive approach to change and innovation
·  Self awareness with confidence to work independently and take responsibility for own development
·  Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of sharing information effectively, in a clear, concise and professional manner
·  Worked collaboratively with others colleagues, supporting them when possible
·  Experience of planning and prioritising their own time effectively, aware of their responsibilities and committed to delivering these efficiently

The base location for this role is Southampton.
