We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Vice President Network Operation and Service  

Responsibilities:

Oversee overall branch operation, including design control and governance to manage operational risk and ensure policy, procedure and governance is properly and consistently implemented in network branches.  Proactively to review the process in branch to ensure effective branch operation, including branch capacity for operation and service staff.

Information

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

·  Has minimum 10 years working in Banking industry. Preferable that has experience and exposure in managing branch operation, branch control and risk management.
·  Have knowledge of banking transaction, process, service to customer, system, process and detailed oriented, review procedure and governance.
·  Have knowledge on risk management and understand how to protect the bank including on financial crime risk
·  Good communication and interpersonal skills
·  Having good critical thinking and analysis skills
