ob Description for Project Coordinators

• Follow the Change Management guidelines from start to end for implementation of changes.

• Implement projects from start to end including planning, cooridination, resource allocation, communication.

• Identify business & service owners from different business like GBM, Retails, FD etc for inputs & dates for project planning.

• Join crisis call for impacted changes, servers and follow-up till resolution.

• Estate Management Support Globally – around 30K Servers

• Cost savings through estate upgrade(cost for extended support avoided) and server demises.

• Track and monitor incidents & problem records.

• Understanding of functional & business requirements

• Escalation used where necessary, appropriate measures are taken to improve and sustain high quality and prevent recurrence.

• Establish and maintain effective high-level relationship with customer business areas and identify areas of service improvements.

• Perform work volume / project scope analysis & Trend analysis & forecasting for IT Projects / tasks for resource allocation.

• Timely follow-up for information, including escalation per procedures

• Establish accountability for taking action on reported results.

• Coordinate with all regional, global ITO, Change Management teams

• Create Documentation and sharing best practice with the team.

• Assist in training and orientation of other staff and users as necessary.

• Work on various projects as assigned and as appropriate.

• Brainstorm with Technicians and peers on task list, project summary templates. Constantly question, clarify from teams and ensure that critical issues are surfaced and considered.

• Acquire project management & ITIL knowledge related to change management, incident managementBe available during crisis situations

• Lead & manage business & project meetings.

• Perform audits and tasks as per the guidelines / documents

• Ensure the project trackers, documents are up to date.

• Ensure strict adherence HSBC Group Compliance Policies.

• Compliance to applicable processes & project processes.

• Compliance to Information Security & Risk guidelines.

• Use of Group standard project management tools – Risk Based Project

• Documentation stored in shared repositories
