We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as UI Designer .

Principal responsibilities

Help define and drive the future of the bank digital design. Be a part in identifying product strategy and envisioning the ecosystems and inspire teams to push the boundaries of whats possible.

Provide a clear vision of the future of UI for the services

·
Elevate and strengthen UI Design as a practice

·
Prioritize and Coordinate design deliverables by developing a solid understanding of business needs and
customer needs

·
Work closely with the design and development teams to oversee the implementation of the design
assets and layouts, leveraging existing design patterns and systems

·
Designing solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives

·
Create engaging layouts in line with branding guidelines

·
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand off to engineering

·
Providing quality assurance on creative deliverables

·
Define, develop and present innovative visual design concepts across multiple channels

·
Work within the constraints of customer specifications and technical integrations

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

· 
Design graduate. Graduates from other disciplines considered with experience in user interface would also be considered

· 
Extensive experience of User Centred Design methodology and its practical implementation

· 
Experience of technical coaching, motivating and inspiring others to excel

· 
Experience of interaction and visual design with a strong understanding of user centered design

· 
Expert in best practice when designing for the multiple digital channels

· 
Skilled in the use of prototyping tools, flash and rich media

· 
Subject Matter Expertise of channel, including technical, commercial, market place and customer considerations.

· 
Accomplished in the development of mobile applications and web optimization for mobile devices

· 
Innovative, the ability to approach things differently or do different things to deliver goals

· 
Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues

· 
Experience of working with and managing agencies particularly usability testing

· 
High levels of resilience and self motivation

· 
Good relationship management skills to satisfy a wider range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities

· 
People experience in customer focused organizations

· 
Strong people leadership experience including performance management, team development and a track record in motivating and inspiring others to excel
