JD:

Manual Tester will be supporting HR systems including Success Factors (EC, Learning, Performance, and Payroll) & Krnos. This position will be responsible for managing the ERP System Test landscape, including system enhancements, Regression Test.The role will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement across HR business processes.
Responsibilities
· Strong knowledge in Testing (Test case writing, Test execution ,Good knowledge on Defect process)
· Ability to understand the business requirements and functional requirements
· Knowledge of HR applications Preferable in Success Factors
· Prepare daily status report, weekly status reports and should be able to provide mitigation actions for any delays
· Should have working knowledge of Test Management tools, Quality Center
· Experience in handling the client calls and Good communication skills(Written & Oral)
· Strong Knowledge in Quality Center and Defect process
