Job description

The role of the Technical Web Analyst is to provide hands on support around Tag Management for delivery teams deploying within the markets within the region. The role sits within Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM). The RBWM strategy has a stated objective to make HSBC an upper quartile / decile provider of digital services to RBWM customers. As part of HSBC's RBWM Digital Strategy, markets continue to build their local digital teams and capability to build world class digital products and features as well as ensure we maximise our opportunities for customer engagement through our digital channels and staff.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Where products do not have tag management, assist with the rollout and implementation of the Tag Management System within the region
· Engage with Marketing and the Third party agencies to ensure the media tags required for paid media are defined and take accountability for delivery
· Have some accountability for Solution awareness and usage in all sites and apps deployed within the given region
· Support all advanced platforms implementation through the Tag Management System

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for this role will have the below experience and qualifications:

·  Understanding of marketing technologies and digital advertising systems
·  Customer focused, results based approach, able to deliver to deadlines
·  Some experience with Tag Management Systems solutions and Data layers creation and management
·  A track record of gaining an understanding of customers' needs and delivering excellent customer service
·  A flexible and adaptable approach to change and will support others to respond in a similar way
·  Achieved targets and met expectations whilst supporting and encouraging others to do the same
·  Contributed productively to team objectives, sometimes supporting and sometimes leading activities to achieve shared goals
·  Proven experience of successful project management, utilising relevant tools and techniques to ensure consistent delivery

In addition to the details listed above, the ideal candidate will have a track record of:

·  Understanding of agile delivery principles and quality software engineering processes and practices

The base location of this role will be Blue Fin, London
