Role Title: Talent Co-ordinator

Role Purpose
· Support the Group Talent Team and the delivery of key workstreams across Talen Management and Emerging Talent.

Talent
· Support with requests from Group Head of Talent and Head of Talent Management which could include producing reports, supplying and analyzing data as well as drafting support materials
· Team milestone tracking and ensuring robust project governance and delivery against plan
· Support Group Talent Team with project activity including weekly project and working group meetings co-ordination, actions and minutes.
· Manage finances and invoice process for all group talent and global graduate proposition budgets. Ensuring POs are raised in Fusion, liaising with vendors, monthly internal reporting, (centrally and within team), tracking budget against AOP/agreed budgets.
· Support and oversight of any team shared mailboxes

· Support on all elements of the end to end proposition – attraction, selection and development
· Support on Graduate Attraction project with Group Project Manager with working through relevant governance and procurement processes e.g. helping to gather the right information to ensure compliance approval, maintaining content and managing the working group meetings , serving as a central liason point
· Support on relevant elements of the selection process including reporting and stakeholder updates
· Support with the development and delivery of Global Graduate Induction. This could include supporting all elements of the project including tracking hiring in all countries, communicating plans, managing attendee and accommodation requests, diary invites, invoicing process

· Project Management experience
· Microsoft Office (Excel (pivot tables/v-look ups), Powerpoint (developing presentations), Word. Must be comfortable with manipulating and interpreting data.
· Problem Solving – ability to work independently and use initiative to resolve queries
· Strong communication skills – ability to question and challenge for clarity of the brief and provide regular updates to stakeholders and during meetings.

Role Context

Observation of Internal Controls
· Maintains and observes HSBC internal control standards, implements and observes Group Compliance Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators. Fosters a compliance culture and implements Group Compliance Policy by managing compliance risk in liaison with the Head of Group Compliance, Regional Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer or Local Compliance Officer, ensuring adequate compliance resources are in place and training is provided, and optimising relations with regulators
