Summer Seed Programme offers valuable opportunities for students to get exposure in Hang Seng’s key businesses, including Commercial Banking, Digital Business Services, Global Banking and Wealth and Personal Banking.
Joining our Summer Seed Programme, you would be assigned challenging projects and work with a team of banking professionals across departments. Candidates with outstanding performance in the Summer Seed Programme will be granted the privilege for early selection of our Management Trainee Programme!
Duration: 10 weeks
Period: From June to End of August 2021 (subject to availability)

Who We Look For
Talented students from all disciplines in their penultimate year of undergraduate study from an accredited university, with outstanding academic performance
Aspire to become our Management Trainee upon graduation
Strong leadership capability, analytical and communication skills
Ability to bring divergent ideas together and think deeply and rationally which contributes to creative and innovative solutions
Enthusiasm for teamwork and passion in the banking and financial services industry
Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
Permanent residents of Hong Kong or holding a valid Hong Kong work visa (e.g. No Objection Letter for non-local students studying in Hong Kong)
