We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.

 

Business: Markets & Sec Services IT 

 

Principal responsibilities

·  Develop and maintain Java and Clojure applications according to specifications.
·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software solutions.
·  Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code using best practices.
·  Develop and maintain database schemas and related objects using PostgreSQL.
·  Optimize database performance and improve scalability.
·  Work closely with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployments and releases.
·  Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of software development practices.

Requirements

·  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
·  Minimum of 3 years of experience in Java and Clojure development.
·  Minimum of 3 years of experience working with PostgreSQL databases.
·  Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
·  Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
·  Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
·  Strong communication and collaboration skills.

·  Knowledge on cash products, cash trading and front office operations.
·  Experience in DevOps environment
