We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:
· Provide full operational support to RM team with high efficiency and consistence, ensuring deadlines are met.
· Provide excellent service to internal and external customers at all times. The quality can be determined by complaints, compliments and customer satisfaction surveys.
· Work collaboratively with the wider team
· Act as a role model for our Group Values and behaviors, supporting colleagues and customers to deliver superior customer service through these values.

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
·  Relevant experience working in an administrative role or team
·  Excellent planning and organizational skills with experience of working under pressure
·  Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
·  Ability to prioritise workload effectively
