We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Regional Data Steward .

Principal responsibilities
· Manage a project plan and prioritization for global initiatives to support wider business objectives and maximize profitability
· Push the boundaries for the team on analytical processes, outputs and identifying opportunities in building greater understanding around the financial services industry and analytical practices
· Drive innovative and advanced data analytics of customers, products and channels to guide and improve marketing effectiveness, product and channel strategies to build sustained growth
· Provides domain expertise to Group level initiatives when appropriate, including data strategy and implementation projects, and Segment led projects
· Oversees the periodic evaluation of existing data management processes and procedures and suggests improvements where appropriate
· Key business contact for own work; works effectively with various stakeholders to deliver analytical solutions designed to improve business profitability and thereby, drive team exposure and recognition of deliverables
· Puts forward and drives own ideas and suggestions
· Effective partner to customer management strategy through prioritizing and guiding team effort to provide appropriate insight
· Anticipates future business needs and requirements and highlight opportunities for further analytics support
· Aims to influences the agenda of other stakeholders based on own ideas and thought leadership, where relevant
· Ensures all stakeholders are kept fully informed
· Leads the team to prioritize the enhancement of existing analyses and processes to ensure optimum value
· Ensures the team establishes and maintains appropriate processes and procedures, including information security requirements, while using data and while providing outputs to stakeholders
· Responsible for design, delivery, consistency, relevance, integrity and validation of data, information and analytical results of own projects
· Leads the team to establish and ensure appropriate processes and procedures, including information security requirements, while using data and while providing outputs to stakeholders

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements
·  Experience working in relevant market or context, Strong knowledge and experience using standard analytical software data management best practices and internal Bank systems
·  Highly developed analytical skills to extract information from data and translate to business language and financial impacts. Also be able to identify opportunities from information extracted
·  A comprehensive understanding of business finance and management information and an ability to use this information to inform decisions and deliver efficiencies and savings
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting.
