Receivables Finance Client Services Officer
Global Trade & Receivables Finance
Hang Seng's Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.
For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Receivables Finance Client Services Officer.
Principal responsibilities
· Assist in handling receivables finance transactions relating to processing sections including invoice / cash / prepayment processing
· Maintain daily operations to ensure a high degree of accuracy / efficiency and meet service pledge requirements
· Ensure the Group's/Bank's internal control standards and compliance policy are firmly maintained
· Handle internal/external customer enquiries in an efficient and professional manner
· Monitor and report any irregular / suspicious transactions and take appropriate timely actions to protect the Bank's interest
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Requirements
· University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
· Work experience in receivables finance and / or trade finance preferred
· Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
· Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
· Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
· Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
