Job description

Role Title : Project Management Officer
Business : RBWM/CMB (PEAK)

Role Purpose / Description :
Responsibilities for supporting the overall PEAK/PayMe Project & Programme Management Team in Guangzhou/Hong Kong include:

Responsibilities will include:
-Implement governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of programme deliverables.
-Drive Project Management Office initiatives and define best practices from lesson learnt, and/or inputs form Project Managers and Technical Project

Managers.
-Carry out assurance reviews and prepare portfolio level reporting and financial reporting related.
-Support implementation of the quality strategy, including any processes and templates, across all projects.
-Continue to evolve the processes and templates throughout the project lifecycle
-Liaise with staff in other wider RBWM/CMB (PEAK) PMOs so that standards are implemented consistently across PEAK and PayMe teams in Guangzhou/Hong Kong.

•Coordinate to create project estimations
•Manage project cost, schedule, scope, issues and risks.

•Facilitate project meetings
•Create timely report of project status • Identify and maintain demand forecast for upcoming projects
•Understand project expectation and ensure commitment from project stakeholders.
•Define overall project plan and project estimation using standard methodologies and create and maintain Clarity Project Plan
•Ensure project delivery by balancing cost, scope, schedule, risks, constrains, and other factors
•Chair regular project meetings to achieve project target.
•Manage project stakeholders to address project issues
•Regular review project status and formulate corrective and preventive actions for issues and risks.
•Design and deliver demand and supply dashboard regularly.

-The ideal candidate for this role will have the below experience and qualifications:
-Good understanding of project management, including status, financial and resource management.
-Good knowledge of Clarity, GPDM, and Cognos preferred. Proficient in MS Excel.
-Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Willingness to challenge the status quo and influence stakeholders with differing views to help drive forward strategy.
-Ability to work with a wide range of different customers and cultures.
-Self-starter, with a desire to own a problem until successful solution is found.
-Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a

meaningful way to wide and varied audiences.
