The Program Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Program Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
· Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
· Resource Management: Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
· Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
· Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
· Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track project costs, and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
· Performance Monitoring: Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
· Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, maintaining high-quality standards.
· Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
Skills:
· Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
