Purpose of the position:
− Lead operational and technological initiatives that make the Premier value proposition more competitive, through Project management.
− Develop traditional and digital customer service channels seeking the best experience for Customers
− Ensure the correct delivery of the value proposition to Mass Affluent Customers, through continuous improvement.
− Promote excellence in the customer experience with the bank.
− Collaboration with the WPB areas identifying areas of opportunity, developing the recognition and satisfaction of the segment's customers in accordance with the Group's standards.
− Implementation of Global initiatives with customer orientation and detection of opportunities through strategies for their correct implementation in the local market.
− Regulatory compliance and control of the segments.
Requirements
− Bachelor's degree in the Economic – Administrative or Engineering field
− 3 years of experience in the financial industry
− 2 years in project management (leading them)
− Advanced English
− Project Administration
− Highly developed communication skills
− Highly developed negotiation skills
− Adaptability to change
− Advanced skill in controls and effective decision making
− Advanced knowledge in customer service and customer service issues
− Strategic vision
− Teamwork and focus on results
− Leadership, motivation skills and group management
− Ability to work under pressure
− AMIB II or AMIB III certification or equivalent or higher is recommended.
