Product Analyst

The purpose of the role is to manage Pricing and Revenue & Governance activities for GLCM products with the objective of contributing to profitability and staff area.The role include support to Product Governance, Product Marketing campaigns and internal control activities.
The role holder will maintain communication with Country, Region and Global Product structure including other GLCM areas and communication with LoBs.

Activities:

• Capturing, analysing and documenting business process
• Participating in the designing of solutions or change interventions
• Participating in change management activities which can include tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement
• Collaborating in change interventions such as training and communication
• Tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting
• Assisting in the implementation of solutions
• Support colleagues in the overall objective in managing Pricing and Revenue activities
• Support activities in GLCM Produc aligned with global directions and global/regional business initiatives
• Perform statistical analysis and trends Revenue management of the GLCM Product
• Working with internal stakeholders to support growth of the product line
• Responsible of coordinate, generate, monitor and evaluate the strategies and key performance indicators
Identify, develop, promote and lead improvements within the area.
• Identify and recommend innovative solutions with common sense

Skills:
• Interpersonal and leadership communication
• Troubleshooting and Analysis skills
• Identify and manage operational risks (Intermediate)
• Statistics and Finance knowledge
• Negotiation skills with internal areas

Knowledge

Intermediate Knowledge:

• Regulations
• Operational Risks
• Desirable experience in Product áreas

Advanced Knowledge:

• Advanced Intermediate English
• Excellent verbal and writen comunication skills
• Excellent management of databases using Excel
• Desirable knowledge of GLCM products
• Detect business and process improvement opportunities
