We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Checking Analyst

Role purpose

Accounting transactions recorded to reconcile amounts in cash, customer accounts and other internal systems in the internal record books by the Cash, Recon and Onshore teams, reporting, monitoring and validation of orders to buy or sell currencies.

Main Activities

• Ensure the correct compliance of the operation through the establishment of controls, analysis of best practices to redesign processes and training of team members.

• Entries Recorded accounting transactions to reconcile cash amounts, customer accounts and other internal systems in internal record books by Cash, Recon and Onshore teams, reporting, monitoring and validation of purchase or sale orders currency.

• SFE: Staff Front End offers a number of transactional banking functions, such as managing various types of bank accounts, including checking, savings, loans, and mortgages. The app also offers users the ability to post financial transactions on behalf of clients. clientCONNECT interfaces with HUB support systems, mutual funds, and pool funds that maintain client transactional data for clientCONNECT inquiry or submission.

• FTP: The finance portal provides users with a single location to access financial resources, that is, to the applications, services and sources of information required by the finance function.

• OTE: Personal communications application (GSS) used to post entries with General Ledger accounts

Qualification

• Degree in Economic-Administrative area, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science (Degree).

• Experience

• Preferably 1 year of experience at the Advisor level or in charge of administrative, operational or accounting processes.

Knowledge

• Microsoft Office (Medium/Advanced desirable).

• Management of Processes and Operations.

• Personnel Management.

• Customer Service.

• Work between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

• Experience reviewing check images is required.
