Process Development and Transformation Officer (1 year contract)

As a well-established insurance entity, we take care of every need of our customers with an optimized service excellence through the Bank's retail and commercial network, with a dedicated team of professionals in place.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Process Development and Transformation Officer (1 year contract).

Principal Responsibilities

· Support the development of new individual life products including preparing testing plan, conducting UAT, contributing to the test reports and documentation, etc.
· Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (Operations, Products, Finance, etc) to support the insurance system enhancement/upgrade, in-force production fixes and subsequent implementation
· Support the calculation and settlement of reinsurance premiums and claims and communicate the results with external reinsurance partners
· Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  University graduate in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Insurance or related discipline
·  Strong knowledge of PC application software such as MS Office and Excel
·  Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
·  Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
·  Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
·  Fluent in English and Chinese
·  Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
