Job description

The role of the Privileged Access Subject Matter Expert sits within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) Technology Team within the IT Infrastructure Delivery (ITID) department within the HSBC Operations Services and Technology organisation. The role directly reports to the Technology and Controls Global Head within IAM.

IAM are responsible for the provision of access and access management, as part of the HSBC Operations Service and Technology organisation.

This role has responsibility for the day-to-day management of provisioning access requests and aligning Policy and standards to 1 st line IAM operations, while driving ITID IAM departmental performance in line with all Service Level Agreement (SLA) measures and has . The job holder is expected to drive implementation of operational strategy and strive for continuous improvement from both an operational and customer service perspective, whilst ensuring compliance with any regulatory change projects.

Your responsibilities will include:
· Managing Dell TPAM provisioning access requests within IAM Technology
· Leading the Privileged Access Technology team of 2 staff
· Aligning the requirements for IAM Technology to the CyberArk implementation project

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for this role will have the below experience and qualifications:
·  CyberArk knowledge - ideally to a subject matter expert level
·  Dell TPAM knowledge
·  Privileged access knowledge - ideally to a subject matter expert level
·  A desire to find ways to continually improve the service delivered to customers
·  A track record of constantly looking for ways to do things better and an excellent understanding of the mechanism necessary to successfully implement change
·  A flexible and adaptable management style with experience of developing yourself and others
·  Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
·  A comprehensive understanding of risk management and proven experience of ensuring own/others' compliance with relevant regulatory processes

·  IAM industry best practice knowledge

The base location of this role will be Griffin House, Sheffield.
