Premier Relationship Manager, Wealth Management

In this role, you will:

• Provide a range of services to HSBC customers, supporting key life events, such as saving for a new home to retirement and protecting their family for every eventuality, providing confidence and reassurance.

• Support a portfolio of Premier clients, delivering a consistent and tailored wealth management and financial planning service.

• Listen to customers to identify and understand their current and future needs, and providing the right solution to meet those needs.

• Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the Bank's full range of products and services to enable you to connect the customer with other colleagues who can support their entire life journey.

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure every need of the customer can be met within the wider HSBC teams.

• Help customers to understand how they can flexibly use HSBC services through Internet Banking, phone Banking and Self-service points, to meet their varying needs.

• Develop long term, in depth client relationships with existing and new clients

• Comply with the regulations and procedures that govern our business and products.

• Treat Customers Fairly at the heart of all that you do.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
·  Have role relevant qualifications, i.e.DipCII (or equivalent QCF RDR level 4qualification) and Statement of professional standards required (SPS) and practising with the FCA.
·  A minimum of one years' experience having demonstrated up to a competent standard within a regulated advisor role within the last five years
·  Have a full, valid driver's license.
·  Able to provide evidence of acting as a strategic advisor to customers, having established and built valuable long-term relationships with significant customers.
·  Have a track record of successfully identifying and developing significant /complex business propositions that attract and entrench customers, in a fair and ethical way.
·  Availability to undertake the travel required for this role, i.e. travel required with the allocated coverage area of region.
