We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Policy Administration Officer .

Principal responsibilities
· ​The processing of new business applications and requests for services on existing in force policies, including the capture and creation of primary data records in our operating platforms as required, client matching with existing established records and the imaging and workflow system
· Assembly, binding and dispatch of Policy Documentation and other customer and source of business Policy documentation
· Preparing for authorization and signature the Acknowledgement Letters to Notices of Assignment received on cases and to setting up appropriate permanent records on Life400 and policy papers
· Reconciling and checking the monthly invoices for payment to the provider medical screening facilities of High New Worth, resolving and dealing with errors and any inconsistencies
· Such other duties and tasks of a like nature as may be required in support to Case Managers or other personnel in High Net Worth unit

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements
·  Degree Holder or above
·  Solid relevant work experience in Operations, Policy Administration
·  Attention to detail
·  Able to work with minimum supervision expected
·  Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Cantonese
