Role Purpose

· Retail Banking and Wealth Management serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.
· We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as platform SME.
· The successful applicant will be part of Communications Hub team that delivers capabilities to enable personal and relevant conversations with customers on their channel of choice. The communications hub is the set of capabilities and platforms that enables and co-ordinates messaging across all channels. The operational teams will leverage the communications hub to deliver a personal and relevant experience to customers in markets
· This role is responsible for understanding and documenting global and local business requirements, working very closely with technical teams for design development and roll out in the markets.
· Typical activities vary from gathering and analysing the business need, suggesting the best solution from business SME point of view, actively involving in technical design process, managing market roll out of the particular functionality.

Key Accountabilities

Manage the delivery of multiple complex Pega/ CIM deployment project initiatives from design through to go live.

·
Work directly with various stakeholders across multiple geographies, such as Product Owners, Business Analysts, Digital teams, IT teams, IT engineering, Data Management, Project Management teams among other to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery

·
Define Agile project working approach like Scrums and enforce project team members to follow the same methodology

·
Ensure awareness, involvement and support from key stakeholders by leading Pega Strategy design and deployment in the Market and maintaining robust communications on the project status throughout the initial project deployment cycles

·
Ensure risks and issues for the end to end solution during the deployment phases are identified, and flagged off to the key stakeholders

·
Ensure proper hand-over and KT of the solution on project completion to the BAU team

·
Maintain proper documentation during the Project development phase on all developments and changes/enhancements made

·
Responsible for suggesting process changes or enhancement to business rules based on campaign analysis.

·
Share Pega /CIM and channel knowledge and best practices across multiple markets

·
Ensure adherence with all the applicable compliance policies (Data security policy, AML, operational risk, Functional manual, Group Compliance Manual, Audit recommendations, Internal Control requirements, regulatory guidelines etc.) and business standards of Organization as applicable.

Ensure productivity and output of the self and team (as required) should fall in line with the stated SLAs. Monthly monitoring and review of all projects with stakeholders to ensure that all stated SLAs are met

Qualifications :

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

·  ​Bachelor's or Master's degree with concentration on computer science, information technology or other quantitative field such as statistics
·  More than 5 years of experience in complex decisioning projects as business analyst, solution analyst or solution architect.
·  Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations preferred.
·  Knowledge of campaign management life cycle (design, development, execution, tracking, post campaign analysis) is a plus
·  Knowledge of SAS, SQL and other equivalent analytical tools is a plus
·  Ability to comprehend intricate and diverse range of business problems and analyse them with limited or complex data and provide a feasible solution framework.
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop and effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas
·  Ability to work in cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills and drive for success
·  Ability to articulate or translate complex information through clear and meaningful and structured way
·  Ability to develop working relationships with analysis and design teams in our delivery partners and works well with external partners
·  Proven skills to lead teams and motivate others to achieve objectives
·  Highly adaptable and ability to approach things differently in order to achieve goals
