We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Platform Operations Support Engineer .

Principal responsibilities
· ​Rebuild our consumer facing digital products, from mobile banking to credit card applications.
· As part of that we are building a new platform to host and run all of this, making sure we have the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction and you can help bring this to life.
· As a Platform Operations Support Engineer you will be supporting a team with full responsibility for their section of the Digital Platform.
· Work as part of a global Operations team working in a follow the sun support model with teams based in London, India, Hong Kong and the states.
· Provide global support for the Digital platform working incident tickets for issues with the tools that make up a platform that our developers use to deploy micro services to our customer website and applications.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements
·  ​Strong Technical Skills. Experience in micro services architecture and engineering
·  Experience working on PaaS, Cloud Foundry, AWS
·  Exposure to emerging technologies in Cloud and Mobile space is desirable
·  Influence and champion new ideas and methods
·  Great communication. Convey your thoughts, ideas and opinions clearly and concisely face to face or virtually to all levels up and down stream
·  And equally important for you to listen and reflect back what others communicate to you
